The Delivery Wizard walks a driver through a drop step by step, with real-time overfill prevention and green/yellow/red safety indicators.
Before you start
- Open the site you’re delivering to.
- Have your Bill of Lading (BOL) handy—you can upload a photo and let the AI BOL reader parse it.
Steps
- Upload the BOL — snap a photo; the AI extracts product and volumes.
- Verify — confirm the parsed details before continuing.
- Select tanks — match each product to the right tank.
- Enter readings — stick readings before the drop; the wizard flags any tank that would overfill.
- Confirm — review the summary and submit.
Safety indicators
